Square bottle with shino glaze applied very thickly, creating a beautiful pattern of crawling. Fired in wood-salt kiln at cone 10. Placed in a sheltered spot during firing, so less salt reached the surface - too much extra flux from the salt would melt the whole glaze together and lose the crawling effect.
